With that in mind, we’ve set to simplify and demystify the process, and make professional suspension maintenance attainable to all.
Simply pull your fork or shock off your bike, box it up and send it our way. Our Certified Mechanics will refresh and rebuild your suspension and send it back clean and ready to ride. It’s really that easy!
Start the season off fresh with a complete suspension overhaul. Get your suspension dialed and riding like new. We follow the manufacturers' recommendations for a full factory service. Oil changed, seals replaced, damper serviced and more. Everything needed to bring your suspension back to factory fresh performance.
Is your suspension feeling a little tired, or maybe a little sluggish? A Seasonal Refresh is in order. Fresh oil, regreased seals, and O-rings along with a good cleaning and inspection. We follow all the manufacturers' recommendations for servicing intervals - typically one or more times per year, depending on riding frequency.
No one likes down days. With our large inventory of service parts we’ve got what’s needed to rebuild your suspension in-house with no special orders required. Your refreshed suspension is on its way back home within 72-hours from when it arrives in our mechanic's hands.

Depending on the brand, 40-50 hours of use is the recommended time frame service interval for a Seasonal Service. For a Factory Level Service most manufacturers recommend this service between 100-200 hours of ride time. Fox and Ohlins use 100hrs for Factory Level Services and Rockshox uses 200 hrs.
Once received, we'll service your suspension in 72-hrs and ship it back to you via ground shipping from our Riverside location.
To determine if we can service your fork or shock, we suggest filling out our service request form. In general, forks and rear shocks that are older than five years cannot be serviced at this time due to a lack of available service part inventory from the manufacturers.

Bike Build Process
All bikes are built, tested, tuned, and ready to ride upon shipment. The bike build process typically takes 2-3 days to complete depending on the bike model and the complexity of the build.
Orders for in-stock items placed by 3PM PST usually ship on the same day. Orders that include special-order or backordered items may be subject to shipping delays depending on product availability. Refer to estimated delivery times in cart when selecting shipping options.
